TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Minimum Order: USD $50.00 net minimum billing, excluding freight (or 50# Stencilboard).
Orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.
All orders marked "RUSH" will be assessed a $15.00 Rush Surcharge.
Domestic UPS freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Payments are due and payable in U.S. Funds according to the terms indicated on the invoice. All shipments made FOB Farmington, MO USA unless otherwise indicated.
A Finance Charge of 1.5% per month which is equivalent to an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18% will be applied on invoices not paid on or before the due date.
If the customer is in default with respect to any of the terms or conditions herein or any other contract with Seller or, if in Seller's judgement, Customer's credit shall become impaired at any time, Seller shall have the right to defer shipments, decline performance hereunder or make delivery hereunder only for cash until such default is remedied or said credit reestablished to Seller's satisfaction.
Title to all products will pass to Customer upon delivery of the products by Seller to the carrier and Seller's liability shall cease upon delivery.
All claims relating to quantity, quality, condition or damage to the products will be waived by Customer unless made in writing within seven days after arrival of the products at the destination named on the Customer's order.
No products shall be returned to Seller without Seller's prior authorization and rma number.
A 20% restocking charge will be applied on all orders returned by request of Customer unless returned merchandise and materials do not meet standard manufacturing specifications as determined by Seller.
Seller warrants only the standard quality of the products covered by Customer's order and makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. Recommendations of Seller for use of products are based on tests believed to be reliable but Seller makes no warranty of results obtained. Customer assumes all risk and liability for results by the use of the products covered by the Customer's order, whether used singly or in combination with other products and whether or not used in accordance with Seller's recommendations, assistance or instructions.
In no event shall Seller's liability for damages in respect to products sold hereunder exceed the purchase price attributable to specific products as to which a claim is made.
